4. Event Photography and Filming (Condition of Entry)

BBN events are unstaffed community gatherings where photography and video recording take place continuously.

• Mandatory Consent: Attendance at any BBN event is strictly conditional upon your agreement to be photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded. If you do not agree to be photographed or filmed, or to have your image used on our Website and social media, you must not attend BBN events.

• Legal Requirements: Where required by law, court order, or governmental regulation, or to protect the legal rights, property, and safety of BBN, our members, or the public.

6. International Data Transfers & Non-Australian Residents

• Core Focus: BBN is an Australia-focused network. Primary infrastructure and administration are located within Australia, and our practices are designed to comply with Australian privacy laws.
• International Members: If you access the Website or register as a member from outside Australia, you do so on your own initiative. By using our platform, you acknowledge and agree that your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in Australia and other global server locations operated by our cloud infrastructure providers under Australian legal standards. You are responsible for ensuring your compliance with any local laws applicable to you.
• Cloud Providers: Our service providers (including cloud host Google Cloud and communication tools) utilize distributed global infrastructure. By using BBN services, you consent to the storage and processing of data across these global cloud environments.

BBN facilitates community engagement through third-party platforms, including WhatsApp groups. These platforms maintain their own independent privacy policies. Information shared in community chat groups is visible to all other participants in that group. BBN is not responsible for how other members collect, use, or share information you disclose in these community chat environments.
