REFUND POLICY
1. "No Refund" Policy
The Company (Rio Management Pty Ltd) maintains a strict No Refund policy.

Free Membership: As membership is currently provided free of charge, no financial refunds are applicable.

Future Charges: In the event that The Company implements a paid membership model or charges for specific Events, all payments made to The Company are final and non-refundable.
2. Change of Mind
Refunds will not be provided for "change of mind," inability to attend an event, or a Member’s decision to terminate their BBN membership.
3. Exclusion of Members
If a Member is excluded for a breach of conduct, poaching, or harassment, no refund of any past or current fees will be provided.
4. Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit your rights under the ACL regarding major service failures. However, BBN does not guarantee specific business outcomes or leads.
